Why Volunteer?
Did you know that by being a volunteer you are adding to the overall economic well-being of our country and reducing the burden on government spending? Volunteering helps to build more cohesive communities, fostering a sense of trust and a common bond among community members. MPACT welcomes volunteers to our non-profit organization.
MPACT offers a wide variety of services and programs. The willingness and contributions made by volunteers is an integral part of our service delivery. The reasons for volunteering with MPACT are as diverse and unique as our volunteers themselves. Many people choose to volunteer with MPACT because our volunteer program is rewarding and flexible. Whether you choose to work directly with a family, a parent, or contribute to the agency's mission in a more indirect way, you will make a difference in the lives of others.
Volunteers contribute time to MPACT as mentors, community educators, fundraisers, clerical and administrative support, or assist our staff during trainings. In exchange for the contribution of skill, energy and commitment, MPACT volunteers receive tremendous satisfaction knowing they have directly impacted the lives of others and contributed to their community.
